- Naveen SL has been appointed as Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, with additional charge as Commissioner, Civil Aviation.
- Ms. Avny Lavasa will now serve as Secretary, Transport Department.
- Anshul Garg takes charge as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
- Vikas Kundal has been named Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB).
- Gurpal Singh has been appointed Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited.
- Sachin Kumar Vaishya will now serve as CEO, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
- Anil Banka has been posted as Special Secretary, Finance Department.
- Shrikant Babasaheb Suse becomes the new Deputy Commissioner of Kupwara.
