Two IPS officers in Punjab have been assigned new roles. Surinder Pal Singh Parmar has been appointed as the Chief Director of the Vigilance Bureau Punjab, while G Nageswara Rao has been posted as the ADGP, Provisioning Punjab, Chandigarh.
Rao will take over the role from S S Srivastava, who previously held the position as an additional charge.
