Several key appointments and additional charges have been announced in Odisha:
- Girish S N has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, PR & DW Department.
- Deoranjan Kumar Singh has been assigned the additional charge of Chairman, OFDC.
- Vishal Kumar Dev continues in his additional role as Principal Secretary to the Energy Department.
- Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma retains his additional charge as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), OPTCL.
- Sanjay Kumar Singh takes on the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare, previously held by Vir Vikram Yadav.
- Mrs. Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar will serve as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Handloom, Textiles & Handicrafts, with an additional charge of the Excise Department.
- Dr. Arabinda Kumar Padhee has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Handloom, Textiles & Handicrafts Department.
