In a large-scale reshuffle in Karnataka, 35 IPS officers have been transferred. Among the notable changes, Dr. Chandragupta is posted as IGP, North Eastern Range, Kalaburgi, and Ajay Hilori takes charge as DIG and Joint Commissioner of Police (Crimes), Bengaluru.
Several others like M N Anucheth, Vartika Katiyar, Karthik Reddy, and Dr. Suman D Pennekar have been appointed to critical operational roles ranging from intelligence, traffic, CID, and city police divisions across Bengaluru and other districts.
This strategic reshuffle aims to enhance law enforcement delivery and administration statewide.
