The Karnataka government has issued orders for new administrative assignments to two senior IAS officers, reinforcing leadership in key departments.
Mrs Salma K Fahim has been posted as Secretary, Labour Department, while also holding concurrent charge as Secretary, ST Welfare, expanding her administrative mandate.
Meanwhile, Mrs Kanaga Valli M has been appointed Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, and has additionally been entrusted with the role of Managing Director, Karnataka State Medical Supplies Corporation Limited, Bengaluru, further strengthening governance in public distribution and healthcare logistics.
