Delhi has seen a reshuffle of several IPS officers across critical divisions. Rajesh Khurana has been assigned the role of Special Commissioner of Police and will also serve as the MD of Delhi Police Housing Corporation Ltd. Neeraj Thakur has been posted as Special CP, Provisioning & Finance Division, with additional responsibility for Vigilance.
Other major appointments include Garima Bhatnagar as Special CP, EOW; Dheeraj Kumar as Joint CP, Armed Police; M N Tiwari as Joint CP, Security; and Madhur Verma as Joint CP, Central Range. A V Deshpande and Nupur Prasad have also taken charge of key operational posts within the Delhi Police structure.
