In West Bengal, six IPS officials have been transferred.
IPS Devendra Prakash Singh has been appointed as Additional CP, Kolkata; Gaurav Sharma as IGP, Traffic, West Bengal; and Tathagata Basu has taken over as Officer on Compulsory Wait (OCW), West Bengal Police Department, in the rank of DIG.
Additionally, Pankaj Kumar Dwivedi has been posted as Commanding Officer, SAP, 6th Battalion; Ms. Pushpa as Senior Railway Police (SRP), Howrah; and Dr. Kunwar Bhushan Singh as SRP, Siliguri.
