In a wide-ranging administrative reshuffle, the Karnataka government has issued new postings for more than 15 IAS officers. Mrs. Janaki K M takes charge as Secretary, Karnataka Public Service Commission in Bengaluru, while Mrs. Sathyabhama has been named State Project Director for Samagra Shikshana Karnataka.
Mrs. Latha Kumari is the new Deputy Commissioner of Hassan, and Mrs. Swaroop T K will lead the administration in Udupi as Deputy Commissioner. Other key appointments include Dr. Avinash Menon Rajendran as Mission Director, National Health Mission; Mullai Muhilan as IG, Registration & Commissioner of Stamps; and Nalini Atul as Secretary, Kalyana Karnataka Development Board.
District administration posts have also seen changes with Darshan H V (Dakshina Kannada), Sangappa (Bagalkot), and Suresh B Itnal (Koppal) appointed as Deputy Commissioners. Meanwhile, Gitte Madhav Vitthal Rao is now CEO of Zilla Panchayat, Davanagere, joining other fresh appointees like Dr. Naveen Bhat Y (Chikkaballapur), Garima Panwar (Karnataka Handlooms), and Varnit Negi (Koppal). These changes reflect the state’s push toward administrative dynamism and grassroots development.
