The Himachal Pradesh government has announced a fresh administrative reshuffle involving six IAS officers. A. Shainamol, currently serving as Secretary for Administrative Reforms, Training, Foreign Assignment, and Public Grievances Redressal, has been assigned the additional role of Secretary, Department of AYUSH. Meanwhile, Ms Rakhil Kahlon, who was earlier holding additional charge of Secretary, Digital Technologies & Governance, and the Jal Shakti Department along with Secretary, AYUSH, will now serve as Secretary, Digital Technologies & Governance and Jal Shakti Department on a substantive basis.
Dr. Richa Verma has been appointed Managing Director of the Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation, retaining her additional charge as Managing Director of the Himachal Pradesh State Handicrafts and Handloom Corporation, Shimla. Ms Ritika will take over as Additional Controller of Stores, Industries Department, while Abhishek Verma assumes the role of Director, Land Records.
In addition, Dr. Nipun Jindal will continue as Director, Digital Technology & Governance, with an extended additional charge as Managing Director of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC), Shimla.
