In a significant move aimed at strengthening the judiciary across multiple states, Justice M.M. Shrivastava has been recommended for transfer as the Chief Justice of Madras High Court. Similarly, Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh is proposed to take charge as the Chief Justice of Telangana High Court, while Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao has been picked to lead the Tripura High Court. Justice K.R. Shriram is poised to assume the role of Chief Justice at Rajasthan High Court, marking another key judicial shift.
As part of an extensive judicial reshuffle, Justice Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar is recommended for transfer to the Madras High Court, while Justice Sujoy Paul is poised to move to the Calcutta High Court. Justice V. Kameswar Rao is proposed for a shift to the Delhi High Court, and Justice Lanusungkum Jamir is recommended to join the Calcutta High Court bench. Also on the move are Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak to Orissa High Court and Justice Nitin Wasudeo Sambre to Delhi High Court.
Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra is recommended for transfer to the Punjab and Haryana High Court, while Justice Suman Shyam is set to join the Bombay High Court.
Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma is proposed to move to Rajasthan High Court, and Justice Vivek Chaudhary is likely to take up duties at Delhi High Court. Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh is slated for transfer to Karnataka High Court, and Justice Vivek Kumar Singh is recommended to be moved to Madhya Pradesh High Court.
Further judicial recommendations include Justice Battu Devanand’s transfer to Andhra Pradesh High Court and Justice Om Prakash Shukla’s move to Delhi High Court. Justice Shree Chandrashekhar is set to join the Bombay High Court bench, while Justice Sudhir Singh has been recommended for the Patna High Court.
Justice Anil Kshetarpal and Justice Arun Kumar Monga are both proposed for transfer to Delhi High Court. Justice Jayant Banerji is likely to shift to Karnataka High Court, while Justices C. Sumalatha, Lalitha Kanneganti, and Annireddy Abhishek Reddy are all recommended for transfers to the Telangana High Court.
