Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and BEML Limited have entered into a strategic partnership to enhance leadership and technical training programs. The MoU was signed by Dr. Srikantha Sharma, ED, HMA, and Ms. Monideepa Roy, Head (Talent Management), BEML, in the presence of senior management from both organizations.
Under this collaboration, HAL Management Academy will provide training in Six Sigma, Quality, Data Analytics, and Industry 4.0, along with industrial visits, joint conferences, and project-based learning for BEML professionals.
