Four members of the State Civil Service (SCS) of Sikkim have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) against the Select List (SL) of 2023. They are allocated the Sikkim cadre and include:
- Kesang Dicki Rechung: Acclaimed for her contributions to education and women’s empowerment.
- Dr. A B Karki: Renowned for his work in rural development and healthcare.
- Dicky Yangzom: Known for her administrative efficiency and policy implementation skills.
- Basant Kumar Lama: A veteran officer with expertise in infrastructure and urban planning.
