The Government of India has promoted four Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) officers of the 2016 batch to the Junior Administrative Grade (JAG), effective January 1, 2026.
The officers promoted to the JAG level are Rahul Garg, Gautam Mohakul, Garud Rahul Deelip, and V Muthu Kumar.
This elevation marks an important milestone in their civil services career, strengthening the administrative framework of ICAS.
