The Haryana government has appointed retired IPS officer Manoj Yadav as the new Director of the Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA). Yadav, a 1988-batch officer of the Haryana cadre, brings a distinguished career to the role, most notably having served as the Director General of the Railway Protection Force (RPF).
In his new capacity, he will lead the state’s premier institute responsible for training and nurturing civil servants. His extensive experience in security and administration is expected to provide valuable guidance to the next generation of government officials in Haryana.
