The Uttar Pradesh government has reassigned five IPS officers to key positions. Anand Suresh Rao Kulkarni has been appointed as DIG (Technical Services), while S Chinnappa takes charge as DIG (Gorakhpur). Sanjeev Tyagi will now serve as DIG (Basti), and Shivhari Meena has been transferred as Additional Police Commissioner of Varanasi.
Additionally, Dinesh Kumar P has been relieved for central deputation. These changes aim to enhance administrative efficiency and law enforcement across the state.
