In a major career advancement within the Haryana Police, five IPS officers from the 2011 batch have been elevated to the prestigious rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).
The officers promoted to the DIG grade are Manisha Choudhary, Abhishek Jorwal, Rajender Kumar Meena, Manbir Singh, and Virener Vij.
