EIL and Aramco Asia India sign MoU to strengthen strategic business collaboration

Engineers India Limited (EIL) has entered into a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd. (AAI) to explore long-term business cooperation and assess the viability of establishing an EIL branch office to support its expanding service portfolio. The agreement marks a step toward enhanced collaboration between the two organisations, focusing on commercial potential and future joint opportunities.

The MoU was formally signed by Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), EIL, and Jamal Al Enazy, Director, Aramco Asia Procurement & Supply Chain Management. The ceremony was graced by Ms. Vartika Shukla, C&MD, EIL, Khalid Al Hajri, Vice President, Saudi Aramco Procurement Department, and Abdulrahman Y. Althukair, Managing Director, AAI.

This partnership is expected to unlock new avenues for business development and strengthen bilateral energy cooperation.
