Dr. Richa Sharma, a 2012 batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Himachal Pradesh State Handicrafts and Handloom Corporation in Shimla.
Her new role places her at the helm of promoting traditional crafts and handloom industries in the state, aligning with efforts to preserve and commercialize local heritage and artisanal work.
