Dr Ilyas K P A, a 2011 batch IPS officer from the Nagaland cadre, has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General/Deputy Director at the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D).
His deputation is for a period of five years, during which he will contribute to national policing research and reform initiatives under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
