Diprava Lakra, a 2005 batch IAS officer from the Punjab Cadre, has been appointed as the Finance Secretary of the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
His appointment comes on an inter-cadre deputation to the AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory) Cadre for a period of three years.
Lakra, known for his strong administrative acumen, brings nearly two decades of experience in governance and public administration to this crucial role, where he will oversee financial management and policy implementation for the Union Territory.
