Dheeraj Gupta, an IAS officer from the 1993 batch, who was serving as Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Forest, Ecology, and Environment, has been transferred.
He will now take on the role of Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir. His expertise is anticipated to strengthen the administration under the CM’s office.
