In a significant move towards restructuring Delhi’s real estate landscape, Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta chaired a high-level meeting focused on building a transparent, efficient, and citizen-centric property ecosystem.
The “Government-Industry Taskforce on Real Estate Report” was formally presented during the meeting. The report, jointly prepared by key stakeholders including CII, DDA, MCD, DSIIDC, DMRC, and CBRE, highlights 10 critical challenges in the sector along with practical, solution-driven recommendations.
CM Gupta emphasized the government’s strong resolve to guide Delhi toward a structured and development-oriented real estate model.
The meeting witnessed participation from Cabinet Minister Shri Manjinder Singh Sirsa and senior representatives of MCD, DDA, DMRC, Registrar of Co-operative Societies, and CII, marking a unified step toward reform and sustainable growth.
