In a major push towards indigenous innovation, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Metamind Systems Pvt Ltd and Kristellar Aerospace Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The collaboration focuses on co-developing cutting-edge technologies in cyber security, electronic warfare, avionics, semiconductors, and data centres.
Metamind brings expertise in AI-driven analytics and digital transformation, while Kristellar specializes in advanced aerospace and defence systems, including CubeSat missions, radar technologies, and secure communication solutions. BEL will leverage its manufacturing strength and market reach to scale these innovations.
The partnership aims to boost India’s self-reliance under the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives while enhancing export potential. By combining technological expertise and operational capabilities, the three companies plan to deliver future-ready solutions for both defence and civilian applications.
