Subhash Balakumar assumed the role of Director (Projects) at Engineers India Ltd (EIL) on 14th November 2024. A Civil Engineering graduate from Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu (Class of 1988), Balakumar began his journey with EIL in 1991, starting with the Digboi Refinery Modernization Project in Assam.
