IAS officer Shri Arvind V (Gujarat cadre, 2014 batch), who has been serving as the Collector of Patan, has been transferred and appointed as the Managing Director of Gujarat Informatics Ltd, Gandhinagar. He takes over the role from Shri Tusharkumar Y Bhatt, IAS.
A graduate of the Law Centre, Law College with first-class honors, Shri Arvind V entered the Indian Administrative Service in 2014 and underwent his foundational training at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. He has held several key administrative assignments, including Assistant Collector of Tapi-Vyara and Regional Commissioner in Surat. His work has spanned municipal governance, urban infrastructure, and district administration—making him well-suited to lead Gujarat Informatics Ltd in its mission to drive the state’s digital transformation.
