Anurag Verma, who is currently serving as Chief Secretary of Punjab, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) for Revenue, Rehabilitation, and Disaster Management in the state.
In addition to these roles, he has also been given the additional responsibility of overseeing the departments of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Horticulture, and Soil & Water Conservation. Verma is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the Punjab cadre, bringing extensive administrative experience to his new positions.
