Anand Vardhan named Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand

Anand Vardhan has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand. A 1992 batch IAS officer of the Uttarakhand cadre, Vardhan brings extensive administrative experience to his new role.
