Mumbai: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Mines, has appointed Smt. Madhumita Daolagupu as an Additional Director – Part Time Non-Official (Independent Director) on its Board.

The appointment took effect on August 14, 2026, and will remain valid until the conclusion of the company’s ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
