S Sakthimani, presently Director (Finance) at Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), has been appointed as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of the company. The appointment has been made for a tenure of five years, marking a key leadership transition at the PSU.
