The Bihar government has issued major transfers involving 96 officers, including three senior IPS officers, to enhance policing and administrative efficiency.
- Rajeev Kumar (1995-batch) has been appointed as SP, Patna Rural.
- Amit Kumar (2008-batch) takes charge as SP, Gaya.
- Manesh (2010-batch) has been posted as SP, Muzaffarpur.
Additionally, 93 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) have been reassigned to strengthen law and order in key urban and rural areas.
