In a major boost to India’s infrastructure landscape, HUDCO (Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd.) and NBCC (India) Ltd., both leading Navratna CPSEs, have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deliver large-scale development projects across key cities.
The agreement was formalized by Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD of HUDCO, and K P Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
Under this strategic partnership, NBCC will lead multiple projects including:
-Development of a commercial complex at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
-Integrated redevelopment of HUDCO’s land parcel in Panchkula
-Construction of new blocks at HUDCO’s Regional Office in Ahmedabad
-Reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in New Delhi
Together, these initiatives represent a combined investment exceeding Rs. 117 crore and will be executed on a turnkey basis by NBCC.
This collaboration synergizes HUDCO’s legacy in housing and urban development with NBCC’s expertise in delivering sustainable infrastructure. By joining forces, the two organizations aim to reshape city skylines with modern, eco-friendly, and people-centric spaces, in alignment with India’s vision of sustainable urban growth.
