The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of Ms. Ramesh Kumari, a seasoned judicial officer, as a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Her elevation, once approved by the President of India, will further enhance the judicial strength of the court, improving case disposal rates and strengthening the justice delivery system in the states of Punjab, Haryana, and the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
