Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad has been designated to serve as the Acting Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court. His appointment follows the transfer of Justice M S R S Ramachandra Rao to the Tripura High Court as Chief Justice.
Justice Prasad will perform the duties until Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan of Himachal Pradesh High Court assumes charge as the Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court.
