In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Government of Maharashtra has reassigned 20 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers across key positions. M M Suryawanshi has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation.
Deepa Mudhol-Munde will now serve as Commissioner of Social Welfare in Pune, and Neelesh Gatne has taken charge as Managing Director of Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation in Mumbai.
Other notable appointments include Dnyaneshwar Khilari as Additional Settlement Commissioner and Additional Director of Land Records in Pune, and Anilkumar Pawar as CEO of MMRSRA, Thane.
The list also features Satishkumar Khadake (CEO, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Pune), Bhalchandra Chavan (Director, Disaster Management), Siddharth Shukla (Project Officer, ITDP Dhari & Assistant Collector, Dharni Subdivision), Vijaysingh S Deshmukh (MD, Annasaheb Patil Arthik Vikas Mahamandal), and several others entrusted with strategic governance roles across Maharashtra.
