Retired IAS officer B.N. Krishnaiah has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to H.D. Kumaraswamy, Union Minister for Heavy Industries. Krishnaiah, who belongs to the Karnataka cadre, brings with him extensive administrative experience and a strong background in public policy execution.
His appointment is aimed at supporting the minister in strategic planning, coordination, and administrative functioning, particularly as the ministry gears up for major initiatives in industrial growth and manufacturing reforms.
