bp has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Engineers India Limited (EIL) to collaborate on supporting oil, gas, and refining activities. The partnership aims to enhance technical capabilities across exploration, refining, terminals, and pipelines.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri, MoPNG Secretary, Shri Pankaj Jain, and CMD, EIL, Ms. Vartika Shukla, along with senior leadership from both companies. Molyama Kromah, Head of bp TSI (bp), and Atul Gupta, Director-Commercial (EIL), were also present.
As part of this agreement, joint working teams will explore additional opportunities, including offshore and subsea projects. Future scope may also extend to other energy sectors. The MoU is valid for three years, during which both companies will collaborate in identified areas.
