Rama Shankar Sinha appointed Joint Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying

Rama Shankar Sinha has been appointed as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying. He is a highly accomplished 1995 batch Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer from the Union Territory cadre.
