Master of Arts in History from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi
Bachelor of Arts in History from the Elphinstone College, Mumbai

Gotsurve has a wide range of experience in diplomatic work, including in political, commercial, trade and investment promotion, culture and consular affairs. He is expected to take up his new assignment as Ambassador to Mongolia shortly.
