Pulkit Khare, an IAS officer of the 2011 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been posted as the CEO of the Uttar Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority (UPRRDA). He is currently the District Magistrate of Mathura.
Khare has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He has also done a course in Rural Development from the National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad.
In his previous assignments, Khare has served as the District Magistrate of Deoria, Saharanpur, and Bulandshahr. He has also held the posts of Additional District Magistrate of Agra and Kanpur.
As the CEO of the UPRRDA, Khare will be responsible for the development and maintenance of rural roads in Uttar Pradesh. He will also be responsible for implementing the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) in the state.
Khare is a young and dynamic officer with a proven track record of working in the field of rural development. His appointment as the CEO of the UPRRDA is a welcome mov
