A total of 25 officers have been empanelled as Joint Secretaries in the Government of India (GoI), marking a significant step in strengthening governance. Among them are Krishna Mohan Uppu, Sushma Chauhan, Tanvi Garg, J V N Subramanyam, Kartikeya Misra, M Ramachandrudu, Manoj Kumar Singh, Saket Kumar, T Mithra, and Venkatesapathy S. Additionally, Bagadi Guatham, Armstrong Pame, Isha, Jyoti Yadav, Raghav Langer, and Aditi Singh have also been empanelled.
In a separate development, 11 officers from the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) and nine more CSS officers have been empanelled as Joint Secretaries, further reinforcing bureaucratic leadership at the central level. Among the newly empanelled officers are S S Meenakshi Sundaram, Ms. Archana Singh, Ms. B Vijendra, Atul Kumar, Vivek Yadav, and Pranav Kumar.
Additionally, the tenure of Ms. Kavita Singh as Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat has been extended, ensuring continuity in her role. These appointments and extensions highlight the government’s commitment to efficient policymaking and administration.
