In a major administrative development, the Government of India has empanelled 22 senior officers for appointment to the prestigious rank of Additional Secretary. This empanelment reflects the officers’ distinguished service records, leadership capabilities, and contributions across various sectors of governance.
Among those empanelled are Vandana Jain, Nidhi Pandey, Arvind Kumar Nautiyal, Sanjay Aggarwal and Satinder Kumar Bhalla, each recognized for their long-standing administrative experience. The list also includes Ansuman Pattnaik, Manoj Kumar, Ateesh Kumar Singh, Jayant Singh and Rakesh Mittal, who have played key roles in policy implementation and public sector management.
Several other eminent officers have also been empanelled for this senior position. These include Alok Prem Nagar, D Sai Amutha Devi, Chetan Prakash Jain, Kesang Yangzom Sherpa, Nigar Fatima Husain, and Aparna Bhatia, all of whom bring diverse administrative backgrounds and expertise. Additionally, Ballepu Radhika Chakravarthy, Satwant Atwal Trivedi, Vedveer Arya, Hari Har Mishra, Manish Tripathi, and Veena Kumar Dermal have been empanelled, adding further depth to the nation’s top-level bureaucratic leadership.
