The Uttar Pradesh government has implemented a major reshuffle involving 15 IPS officers across the state. Prabal Pratap Singh has been posted as SP, Mahoba, and BBGTS Murthi has been appointed SSP, Jhansi. Arvind Mishra will now serve as SP, Kanpur Dehat. Meanwhile, Ankur Agarwal takes over as SP, Sitapur and Palash Bansal becomes SP, Banda. In the railway division, Mrs. Sudha Singh has been designated DIG, Railway, Lucknow, while Prashant Verma and Rohit Mishra have taken over as SPs, Railway in Prayagraj and Lucknow, respectively.
In key strategic appointments, Chakresh Mishra has been made SP, ANTF HQ Lucknow, and Alok Priyadarshi takes charge as Additional Police Commissioner, Law & Order, Ghaziabad Commissionerate. Commandant roles go to Mrs. Puja Yadav (45th Battalion PAC, Aligarh), Amit Kumar II (24th Battalion PAC, Moradabad), and Avinash Pandey (1st Battalion SSF, Lucknow). SP postings also include Abhishek Yadav for Pilibhit and Mrs. Aarti Singh for Fatehgarh.
