In a major promotion round, the Union Government has elevated 15 State Civil Service (SCS) officers of Haryana to the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS). These promotions cover the Select Lists (SL) from 2021 to 2024, and the officers have been allocated the Haryana cadre.
-Vivek Padam Singh and Dr. Munish Nagpal were promoted under the Select List of 2021.
-Mahender Pal, Satpal Sharma, and Sushil Kumar-I were elevated from the 2022 list.
-Officers included in the 2023 SL are Varsha Khangwal, Virender Singh Sehrawat, Satyender Duhan, Manita Malik, Satbir Singh, Amrita Singh, Yogesh Kumar, and Vandana Disodia.
-For Select List 2024, Jaideep Kumar and Samwartak Singh Khangwal were promoted and awarded the IAS cadre.
This promotion round reflects Haryana’s ongoing efforts to recognize and reward experienced state officers, strengthening governance with a blend of local expertise and all-India service protocols.
