The Union Government has promoted two Non-State Civil Service officers from Odisha to the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
Sundara Madhaba Padhi and Smita Pani have been inducted into the IAS against the Select List of 2024, with both officers being allocated the Odisha cadre.
Their elevation marks a significant milestone in their administrative careers and strengthens the state’s bureaucratic leadership.
