Seven officers in the grade of Chief Commissioner (CC)/Director General (DG) of Customs and Indirect Taxes have also been transferred to new positions. Rimjhim Prasad has been moved to DGPM, Delhi, while Rajeev Gupta has been assigned to CGST & CX, Vadodara Zone. Vikas Kumar has been transferred to Customs (Preventive), Patna, and P K Katiyar to CGST & CX, Lucknow Zone.
Additionally, Sanjay Gupta will now serve at Customs (Preventive), Delhi, Sunil Jain has taken over as DG, Valuation, Mumbai, and Shaik Khader Rahman has been relocated to CGST & CX, Thiruvananthapuram Zone. These transfers aim to enhance operational efficiency and ensure balanced leadership across various zones.
