The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has appointed several new Technical Members across its various benches, reinforcing its capacity to handle corporate and insolvency matters efficiently. Kavita Bhatnagar will serve at the Jaipur bench, while Siddharth Mishra and Rekha Shah have been assigned to Kolkata. Shishir Agrawal has been appointed to Chandigarh, and S S Sharma will take charge in Ahmedabad.
In addition, R Sreepada has been appointed to the Bengaluru bench, M M Gupta to Mumbai, and B L Meena to Cuttack. These appointments are expected to enhance the tribunal’s efficiency and contribute to the effective resolution of corporate disputes and insolvency cases across the country.
