M R Sibi Chakravarthi has been named DIGP and Chief Vigilance Officer of TN News Prints and Papers Ltd. In Greater Chennai, P C Kalyan and Mrs Disha Mittal will serve as Joint Commissioners of Police for South and West Zones, respectively.
