The Bihar Government has promoted three IAS officers of the 1996 batch to the Apex Pay Scale, designating them as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) with effect from January 1, 2026.
The officers elevated to the ACS rank are: Anand Kishore, K. Senthil Kumar, and H. R. Srinivas.
