The Appointment Committee of Cabinet has approved the appointments of four Judges as the Judicial members of the National Green Tribunal (NGT). They are:

Justice B. Amit Sthalekar, presently Judge at the Allahabad High Court
Justice M. Sathyanarayanan, presently Judge at the Madras High Court
Justice Brijesh Sethi, former Judge at the Delhi High Court
Justice (Retd) Sudhir Agarwal, former Judge at the Allahabad High Court
