Krishan Kumar Cooperation Secretary has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Works Department. Archana Patnaik Odisha Lift Irrigation Corporation Limited MD has been appointed as Special Secretary, Water Resources Department with the additional charge of OLICL MD.

Asit Kumar Tripathy Development Commissioner was given additional charge of Chief Administrator of the KBK region, Koraput, while incumbent KBK Chief Administrator Sudershan Pal Thakur was posted as Director General, Training Coordination, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar. Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma Science and Technology Secretary was shifted as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, SSEPD. Additional Chief Electoral Officer Sachin Ramchandra Jadhav was posted as ST Director. Cesu CEO Md Sadique Alam was appointed as Executive Director, CMGI. Board of Revenue Secretary Surendra Kumar Meena was given additional charge of Deputy Secretary, Works Department.

SSEPD Principal Secretary Niten Chandra has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty, GA and PG Department, Panchayati Raj and DW Principal Secretary Deoranjan Kumar Singh was given additional charge of Principal Secretary of the Science and Technology Department. Gopabandhu Academy of Administration DG Ranjana Chopra was posted as Principal Secretary, ST and SC Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department.

R Raghu Prasad ST and ST, Minorities and Backward Classes Secretary was posted as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Department with the additional charge of MD, Omfed. Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Secretary Vishal Gagan was appointed as Special Secretary, Water Resources Department.
